3. SARIFA (Stroma AReactive Invasion Front Areas) as a potential biomarker in breast carcinoma
4. Analysis of various markers involved in lipid metabolism in different subtypes of breast carcinoma
5. Application of laser-assisted rapid evaporative ionisation mass spectrometry (LA-REIMS) as a metabolomics platform to analyse metabolic changes associated with different breast carcinoma subtypes
6. Use of artificial intelligence to assess different aspects of breast carcinoma in core biopsy samples before and after neoadjuvant therapy
